With all due respects, we do not provide the engraving service for the orders placed via the website.

The reason is that it's difficult to adjust how and where to engrave firmly without discussing in person.
"I do not like the used font."
"I do not like the font size."
"I do not like the engraving position."
And so on, we've already experienced troubles due to mismatches with the customer's expectation. Therefore, the policy above was put into effect.
The purchased knives are expensive and precious for the customers. Furthermore, there is no way to recover or redo in case the work doesn't meet expectations.
