Refund policy
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer's personal reasons.
If we mistakenly deliver an item that is different from your order, we will exchange it at our expense.
If there is something wrong with the product, we will accept returns or exchanges only within 7 days of receipt in Japan and within 30 days of receipt outside Japan.
(However, if the product has already been used, we will not accept returns or exchanges.)
We will pay the shipping costs for returns or exchanges if there is a problem with the delivered product.
