Business during the year-end and New Year's holidays

We'll be closed for winter holidays from December 28, 2023 to January 4, 2024.
Please note that all operations such as shipping and responding to inquiries will be suspended during this period.

During the holiday period, we will still accept orders from the website and inquiries via the form, but we will not be able to ship orders or reply to inquiries.
Shipping of orders and replies to inquiries will be processed in order from January 5, 2024.

For orders placed through the website by 12/22 (Fri.), we will complete shipping by the end of the year (by 12/27, the last business day of the year).
